STARPOWER-T12 coating power supply is a high-quality ion plating DC power supply designed and developed for columnar and flat targets in the vacuum coating industry, with high current and power. Suitable for continuous line ion coating machines.
The arc power supply operates in high-frequency conversion mode, with DC output. The power supply current is adjusted by changing the pulse width of the high-frequency conversion. The power supply has a load compensation circuit, a stable arc circuit, and protection circuits for over temperature and over-current, with a steep voltage drop characteristic and good load characteristics.
Reasonable structural layout and independent patent rights. The remote control operation is simple and convenient, with intuitive display. Independent air duct design, intelligent air cooling system and water cooling system operate simultaneously, quiet and energy-saving. Both the given signal and feedback signal are isolated using optoelectronic methods to eliminate interference from arc power sources. The internal components are treated with three proofing, greatly improving their service life, making them the preferred choice for coated power supplies.
This machine adopts industrial grade dual IGBT modules as the main power device, combined with independently developed control circuits, to reliably control the uniform excitation of the arc source. The output current characteristics are more stable, the arc is soft and not intense, and the waveform is not distorted. Using a digital 32-bit chip processor, the "Starlight chip" greatly improves the computing speed, with fast speed, high accuracy, and agile arc dynamic response.
