The piezoresistive resistor composite absolute pressure transmitter is integrated with two types of pressure detection sensors, piezoresistive gauge and resistance gauge, installed on the same pipe body to detect the pressure in the same detection chamber.
By automatic switching and fully utilizing their respective advantages, accurate measurement of the entire range of 0.5Pa to 1.0x105Pa can be achieved, and the gas composition of measurement 1 is independent. Abandoning their respective shortcomings; Not only does it expand the measurement range, but it is also sufficient to ensure the accuracy and stability of the measurement values.
