brief introduction
The measurement range of RBP-201 Pirani vacuum gauge is 5 Pa. It relies on the principle of thermal conduction, that is, the heat loss rate of heating the filament depends on the pressure of the gas around the filament. The measured value of the vacuum gauge is output as the corresponding analog signal through the RJ-45 interface.
