Product Description
The vacuum evaporation coating equipment is a vertical double-door structure with two sets of workpiece racks. When one door is closed for vacuum extraction and coating operations, the workpiece can be loaded on the other door. The time difference between the two doors is used to work continuously to achieve the purpose of increasing production and reducing average costs. The vacuum evaporation efficiency is high and it is suitable for products in various industries. It is a multifunctional equipment.
The principle of resistive evaporation coating: it is a process of turning solid substances into liquids and then reaching the boiling point for sublimation (evaporation) through the resistance heat generated by the current passing through the tungsten twisted wire.
