General Description:

Arc deposition PVD coating equipment is capable to do depositions of many metals on different metals, ceramic and glass substrates.
The PVD coating machine is particularly designed for protective hard coatings on tools, cutter and moulds. It improves the lifetime of different types of tool, meantime, it can increases the surface hardness. 

The metal ions combine with a reactive gas that is introduced into the chamber, strike the target tools or components with high energy and are deposited as a thin and highly adherent coating.

2. What material do I need for running the machine?

Answer:  We will send you a list of the raw material and spare parts for your kind reference.

 

3. Do I need pretreatment or other machines for the PVD process?
Answer: 
When you choose different machine, you will need:
For Vacuum Metallizing Machine: Air Compressor, Chiller, (UV) Painting & Coloring Line
For Magnetron Sputtering Machine:Air Compressor, Chiller, (UV) Painting Line, High Purity Gases
For Arc Ion Plating/Deposition Machine:Air Compressor, Chiller, Ultrasonic Washer, Pure Water Machine, High Purity Gases
You could also need the transformer(from 380V 50Hz to your local voltage.)
