The PVD Coating process is an ion treatment which occurs inside a high vacuum chamber. The process happens in a high temperature (up to 450°C).
The parts for PVD coated must be free of grease, including fingerprints.
So we use the ulstrosonic washing machine to remove the grease, with pure water, then we use the oven to dry up the parts.
