* Warranty
We provide our clients 12 months of guarantee for the PVD coating machines which the clients buy from us. When out of guarantee, the clients could also turn to us. We will provide the full technical assistances and provide troubleshooting services for all lifetime.
* Spare Parts
We provide the whole packages of machines for the complete process. We also provide all the spare parts for different PVD process. We have been having a long-term cooperation with reliable suppliers to produce different spare parts.
* Installation & Maintenance
Hondson VAC is able to provide you the overall installation service for our PVD equipment. We could send smart and professional engineers to assemble and adjust the machine.
After installation, we will make inspection of the whole machine, till you can operate the machine.
* PVD Machine Training
We provide you the FULL training services for the users. The training sessions include operation training, maintenance know-how, technical know-how training, regulation training.
We will also provide our knowledge on the whole process.
The training can be conducted in our factory or at the clients' worksite.
* Technical Advice
We can help the clients coordinating with trained service personal to provide you detailed and extensive knowledge about your specific machine. With our technical advices your machine service like can be significantly prolonged and sustained with high capacity.
After the customer tested the machine and make sure the machine is no problem, we will take the machine apart. The solid packing can make sure you will receive a machine without any destroy.
