Evaporation aluminum coating machine is a machine that uses substances to evaporate and deposit on a substrate in a high vacuum environment to form a thin film. This type of equipment is widely used in multiple fields, including construction hardware, watchmaking, furniture, lighting fixtures, hotel utensils, etc.
Vacuum evaporation coating machine mainly includes the following steps:
1. Clean the surface of the substrate to ensure that the walls of the vacuum chamber and the surface of the substrate frame are free of oil stains, rust, etc., to ensure the purity and adhesion of the film layer.
2. Preparation before plating, including vacuuming to an appropriate vacuum degree, pre-treatment of the substrate and coating material, heating the substrate to remove moisture and enhance the adhesion between the film and substrate.
3. During the evaporation stage, select the appropriate substrate temperature and plating material evaporation temperature, control the deposition pressure, i.e. vacuum degree, and affect the average free path of gas molecule movement in the evaporation space.
Vacuum coating machine consists of a vacuum pumping system and an evaporation chamber, wherein the vacuum pumping system includes a high vacuum pump, a low vacuum pump, an exhaust pipeline, valves, etc., and may also include a cold trap and a vacuum measuring meter.

Base coating: For most decorative and reflective applications it is necessary to apply a specially formulated primer or basecoat to promote adhesion and to provide a smooth surface, assuring a high quality surface for the metalizing or finish paint steps.
