Vacuum Metalizing is the process of evaporating metal, by way of a vacuum chamber, giving a uniform thickness of metal (most commonly aluminum) on a given surface. Vacuum metalizing a surface normally requires three main steps, base coating, metalizing, and top coating. After a base coat has been applyed to a surface the parts are then loaded on large fixtures which when loaded into the vacuum chamber spin, and revolve around the inside of the chamber. After the parts have been removed from the chamber they are top coated. When this entire process is complete a dull plastic part is turned into a reflective glossy surface.
The mirror making machine is a kind of custom made machine. It can be variable designs according to the customer's needs, such as the glass sizes, the required daily capacity, the colors of coatings, the functional of glass sheets, and the quality level.
There are two forms of PVD technologies involved in this application, one of them is thermal evaporation and the other is magnetron sputtering.

1. The inner packing is protective plastic film to protect the PVD machine from moisture and rain.
2. The out packing is plywood plate with steel to keep the PVD machine in good condition during the long distance transportation.
