CCD type ultra-high vacuum electric gate valve:
The CCD type ultra-high vacuum electric gate valve is a newly developed ultra-thin valve. It is powered by a stepper motor and uses a threaded screw transmission mechanism to push (pull) the valve core component for linear motion, thereby controlling the opening or closing of the valve. Its opening or closing position can be adjusted arbitrarily. This series of plug-in valves is suitable for applications where the working medium is air and non corrosive gases. It is equipped with a PNP photoelectric switch to control the opening and closing position of the valve.
