Vacuum chamber
SUS304 chamber. Tripod to support baffle plate and other optional accessories. Baffle plate to prevent debris from being deposited on electrodes and the high vacuum valve.
Periscope viewing accessory enables continuous viewing inside the vacuum chamber during deposition of opaque materials.
Evaporation Source
Four position turret evaporation source with accommodates 4-off resistance filaments or boats.
