Low-e glass automatic magnetron sputtering deposition coating line is mainly used for single and double silver LOW radiation glass coating, and can be toughened single and double silver low radiation glass coating. This production line is suitable for the curtain wall and door and window glass of energy-saving buildings, which can heat insulation and energy saving and prevent light pollution. The production line adopts a modular design to facilitate future expansion and upgrading, and is equipped with multiple sets of large magnetron cathodes, which can be applied to the combination of various membrane structures. Fully automated control and high stability of the transmission system, can be seamless docking with the manipulator, to achieve continuous and stable assembly line operation, to ensure that the production rhythm is fast and the output is large. In addition, the line supports loadlocked sputtering coating equipment from research and development to small-scale production, as well as the application of long experience in carbon-based coating process and vacuum coating equipment technology to fuel cell metal bipolar plates, through plasma surface cleaning and special bonding layer processes to obtain noble metal coatings and SCG coatings with good bonding, electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance.
