Product Overview

A multi-arc ion plating machine is a physical vapor deposition(PVD) equipment that deposits functional films on the surface of workpieces using multi-arc ion plating technology.

Why it's good: It has advantages such as strong film adhesion, high deposition rate, better adaptability to complex workpieces, and wide compatibility with high-melting-piont materials.

Core Working Principle: In a vacuum environment, arc discharge is used to evaporate and ionize the target material to generate metal ions, which are then accelerated by an electric field and deposited on the surface of the workpieces, eventually forming a firm thin film.
