Glass Tubes Vacuum Coating Machine For Solar Heater
1. In the production processing, inside the chamber we need the following gases :Argon, oxygen,If we use the 1100x2300 chamber and if we produce 1500 pcs of 3 target tubes per day, How many m3/day will we consume of each gas?
Argon and N2 (99.9%) is 20 days per recharge. They are in long bottles. The consumption is 120 cubic centimeter per minute. This is the biggest gas consumption. Please image that the chamber is in vacuum states, so how many the gases need? Just for chemical actions.
2. The machine will consumes an average of 40 KWh of electricity on every chamber.
That seems to me a lot of electricity. Which parts of the machine are consuming that much electricity?

3. Questions on the chambers :
a) We are interested in the 1100x2300 chamber? What is the price?
There are two kinds of base material for the chamber, carbon steel and stainless steel.
The quality of stainless steel will be much better than the carbon steel chamber.
b) The carbon steel chamber is much cheaper. What is the disadvantage of the carbon steel chamber?
1. The vent rate is high, which will influence the vacuum degrees and make the coating quality un-stable.
2. It is easy to be rusty if you keep it without working for 10-15 days.
3. The lifetime of the machine, generally, it will be about 3-4 years.
c) The stainless steel chambers are much more expensive. What are the advantages of the stainless steel chamber?
1. The vent rate is small.
2. The lifetime of the machine, generally, it will be more than 10 years.

4. Your write the automatic coating line has to operate continuously.
a) If the machine stops, how much time will it take to start it again? (How long do we need to pump).
The continuously automatic coating line will be take about 1 hours for starting(there are 7 chambers which should be degassing)

5. The automatic line makes also the rounding, stretching and rotary sealing of the solar tube, or this job has to be done always by special machines?
The automatic line is just for coating the heating collecting layer.
Rounding, stretching and rotary sealing of the solar tube should be done by the auxiliary machines.

2. The out packing is plywood plate with steel to keep the PVD machine in good condition during the long distance transportation.
